However, If any of the rhinestone from the charm or letter fall out within first 14 days of purchase, we will gladly replace it only in the absence of extreme pulling, scratching and chewing, we will replace it for you at no cost and free shipping

Love the quality of the leather. I ordered the orange collar for Bella, it came so quickly and also the quality of the leather is amazing. Feel so soft and flexible unlike some faux leather. Will buy again. Good product!
What a Buckle!!!!

I love the look of the collar, the colloar itself fits and is the right size but the buckle is huge!!! I bought a small collar for my chihuahua and the buckle size is what you would normally find on a large collar......I hope her little neck can take the weight....I won't be be able to let her wear it for long periods of time which is really too bad!!!
Bought collar as gift, the large is tiny, and Furry Gems refused to exchange!

I bought this collar for my parents dog as a gift. The collar is very small. I asked to exchange it and even offered to pay all the shipping charges and Furry Gems refused.

Thank you for your comment. The collar is custom made to order especially for your pet. Even if it is returned, we cannot re-make to it original form because the name is installed semi permanently. We cannot stress enough how important it is to look at the size chart and take your time to measure your dog before ordering.

I purchased this collar for my Jack Russell Terrier, named Princess. It is for Christmas, so she has not worn it yet, but I know it will look great. It appears to be of good quality and love the name and charm that is on it.

It was a nice collar. I have a shihtzu so I assumed small would fit her. When the product came it was too small for her. Everything I buy her is small. The collar was nice though. I will wear it for a bracelet I guess.

I read the comment below regarding "shifting letters / namr not together due to spacing" ! My dog got 6 letters name so I worried a bit- I contacted furrygems to address my concern! Wow I was very impressed by its costumer service! They recommended me a few charms which match with the collar I chose and also which can reduce some spacing ( like horizontally longer charm)!! I received the collar and its greater than what I expected! Than you so much FG!

Very pleased with my dog collar. Lots of styles to choose from and customize.

You can add an extra charm to add a more personal touch. Good quality leather.

My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the letters are constantly shifting and Sasha's name isn't always together. The letters move too much even with the collar on.
