   After I ordered, Furry Gems contacted me to clarify what I wanted as I guess I forgot to put my dog's name. That was really great! Then my order came quickly and it was correct and it is super cute! I am giving it to my dog for Christmas so I haven't put it on her yet. I can't speak to fit or durability at this point. One letter of her name is slightly off center, but I can live with that. Overall a good experience.

   the collar was fabulous, just the wrong size, unfortunately your exchange program really disappoints me...it is difficult to know the exact measurement of the collar...i do love it, but now can't use it.

   Just love the bling and the lettering.
   The only concern I have is the sizing.
   I wish that I could have had a couple extra inches as I am on the last notch now and will probably have to have another hole punched in it :(
   Other than that the collar is perfect!!

   This collar is so bling-licious and looks incredible on my mini poodle. The sizing worked out perfectly and the quality of the collar and lettering is amazing! I couldn't ask for a better collar and will definitely come back here for my next one (when I finally need it) because the collar has been on for a month and looks like a brand new collar!

   I got it because my poodle has to attend a my cousin's wedding, she looks amazing in the pink collar. Totally love it, got so many compliments from many people. Will definitely tell my friends about your website.

   The collar looks nice. Hopefully it doesn't rust or fall apart. NOT at all happy with the sizing reference guide they give. The size that referenced pug breed was completely off. My pug is a puppy still and it was still too small. Don't agree with not being able to exchange them. It's not like the name of your dog is painted on them. They're just charms. Won't order from here again. Too much of a hassle.

   I was very pleased with Shelby's new pink name collar. The sizing is perfect and she looks adorable in it. We get compliments every time we go out. The staff took extra time to make sure the sizing was perfect. Good Job!
